Security
The single front door key locks the top and bottom locks. Please remember to lock both when leaving, or the house isn’t secure.

Each of the French windows has its own key, and these must be locked when not in use. We tend to lock them and leave the keys in the locks.

Please don’t lose the keys, we don’t yet have spares cut.

Alarm

The alarm code will be sent to you separately before your arrival to Great Brownings.
We recommend arming the alarm, which is found on the LHS of the hall coat cupboard. As the area is quiet we all rely on our alarm to alert neighbours to potential break ins.

To arm the alarm:
Step 1: close the kitchen and lounge doors
Step 2: press the alarm key (top left hand corner) then punch in the code and then enter (bottom right hand key)
Step 3: You have 60 seconds to leave the house

To de-arm the alarm:
Step 1: press the alarm off key (the unlocked padlock, 3rd
along) then punch in the code and then enter.
